EPDT: 18 sec.

If your on a slow connection then you know that it can take a considerable amount of time for some websites to load. The average page on my site right now loads in about 19 sec. on a 28.8 modem for no frames and about 17.5 sec. using frames. The reason is because when you use frames it doesn't have to load things over again that are going to be in the next page you are going to view, it just loads the new info. For some people frames may not make a difference but I do feel it's nice to give the option and it's fun for me because it's like two websites in one. :)
